What you get, and what you are agreeing to.

You upload a list of your customers. We match it against a licensed US consumer dataset and produce an aggregate profile: percentages and index scores describing that group against a national baseline.

Uploading is free. A free report profiles a random sample of your list and says so on its face. The paid report, $49, covers up to 50,000 rows and every available attribute. This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

Lists smaller than 400 rows are declined per our policy.

Per-record data, in any form. The report tells you what share of your customers fall into a category; it never tells you which individuals do, and it never returns rows from the consumer dataset. That is a license condition and a design constraint, and no plan, price or request changes it.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the list you provide, and that doing so does not breach any agreement, law, or privacy notice that applies to the people in it. You remain responsible for that list; we process it to produce your report and hash it on arrival (see our Privacy Policy).

No person at Rosicodex LLC sees the contents of your file. It is read and hashed by software, and the original values are discarded before anything is written to storage — there is no interface, internal or otherwise, that can display an uploaded list, because the records are never stored.

You may not use the service to profile a list you have no relationship with, to attempt to re-identify individuals, or to extract the underlying dataset.

Not every record will match. Match rate depends on your data, and we tell you what it was on every report. A low match rate is a fact about the overlap between your list and the dataset, not a fault in the service, and is not grounds for a refund on its own.

If the paid report fails to produce, or produces something plainly broken, email help@supermegamind.com and we will refund you in full. We do not refund correct, completed reports that did not have some form of technical failure.

This is an early product by a small team. We do not promise uptime, and we may change or withdraw features. Reports you have already generated remain reachable at their links while the service runs.

Nothing here is sold as perpetual access, and we will not promise availability beyond any license(s) we hold.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Rosicodex LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Reports are statistical estimates about groups. They are an input to a decision, not a basis for one about any individual, and must not be used to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or anything else governed by consumer-reporting law. This is not a consumer report and we are not a consumer reporting agency.

Rosicodex LLC is a Washington limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or closest to Clark County, Washington, and both you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
